ABOUT THE ITEM:
Original U.S. one sheet movie poster (27x41) for this 1949 film starring Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers. This was their last film together.
CONDITION:
The poster is folded. There is fold separation, addressed with small pieces of tape on the back. There is small paper loss around the corners and small pieces of clear tape. There is a tear at the bottom border and another in the black background at the top cross fold point. The image is beautiful and colors deep, making it a perfect candidate for linenbacking with minor restoration. Condition is Fair-Good.
HOW I PACK: Unlike many eBay sellers who use recycled Post Office supplies and ship their posters in sub-standard packages, I am a collector myself and I pack every poster I sell to arrive undamaged.
All lobby cards and posters, are sealed in a protective mylar bag, then packed between super-sturdy smooth cardboard, and shipped inside a custom-made heavy duty mailer.
All rolled posters are shipped in very strong Yazoo Mills tubes.
