This CARVED LEAVES bead necklace was cut out of natural amber from Chiapas Mexico.You can be assured that this type amber has been confirmed genuine by established expert gemologists and lab technicians. It is acknowledged to be from the Miocene to Oligocene geological Epochs dating anywhere from 18 to 25 million years old. Like all authentic Mexican amber it will glow green or blue specially when looked at in the in the sunlight and a very strong blue green under ultraviolet light.
