ERROL FLYNN Objective Burma Original One-Sheet Movie Poster World War II 1945

An original and rare one-sheet movie poster for 1945's "Objective Burma", o
ne of the best war films made during World War II which had Errol Flynn leading a squad of American paratroopers 150 miles into the Burmese jungle to knock out a Japanese radar installation.  Raoul Walsh directed with his usual touch of authenticity, producing a compelling and critically acclaimed war drama.
One-sheet is folded as issued and measures approximately 27 inches wide by approximately 41 inches long.
An unrestored poster
that shows
general signs of use
including multiple pinholes in the background (primarily in the corners), some minor edge wear, some old tape residue, a small stain and some minor wrinkling.  Some small tears and fold separation were reinforced on the back with conservation tape.  The p
oster still displays bright color and a clean overall appearance, as the photos show, especially for a 77 year old poster.
If one wanted to linen-back this poster it would look excellent and present as VERY FINE+ with proper restoration. I

The one-sheet, which features an excellent full-length image of
Flynn posing stoically in GI combat gear holding his gun,
makes this a must-have addition to any Errol Flynn or any Classic War Film memorabilia collection.
