    Description

    Up for auction is this hand split OSAGE ORANGE bow stave. It is 72 inches long, 2 3/8 to 2 3/4 inches high, and 1 3/4 to 2 1/2 inches wide. It is straight and has a little twist. The growth rings are close to medium. I see no knots on the back. It was cut (live tree) 7-2021 and is sawed one side. The ends and back are sealed with polyurethane.
