What is the difference between the Conext XW+ and the Conext XW Pro?
The Conext XW Pro is Rule 21 Compliant, whereas the Conext XW+ is not.
Although the engine body is the same, the computer in the new Conext XW Pro is ten times more powerful than the older model Conext XW+.
Also, the warranty has been increased from the Conext XW+'s 5 Years to the Conext XW Pro's 10 Year Warranty.
Is the Conext XW Pro compatible with the older model Conext XW+?
No, the new Conext XW Pro cannot be integrated with the older Conext XW+ inverter.
Does the Conext XW Pro include a battery temperature sensor?
Yes, all Schneider Electric inverters and charge controllers include battery temperature sensors.
Can the Conext XW Pro stop charging when the batteries are full?
Yes, the Conext XW Pro can stop charging when your batteries are topped off.
Do you need the System Control Panel (SCP) to program the Conext XW Pro?
The SCP cannot access some of the brand new settings and features that the Conext XW Pro offers, so instead you would need the Conext Gateway 865-0329 to fully configure the Conext XW Pro. You can still use an SCP in your network for convenience and quick access.
Exchanges or Returns
Please contact us before returning or exchanging an item to receive a return authorization (RA). Items returned to us without receiving a return authorization will be returned to you at your expense. We accept exchanges and returns for unopened items or damaged/defective products within 30 days of receipt of shipment.  A 20% restocking fee may apply to multiple quantity returns or large ticket items. A 20% restocking fee
will
apply for all products that ship freight. Exchanges and returns are not accepted after 30 days of receipt of shipment.
Unopened Products
To make an exchange or return for an unopened product, please contact us and obtain a Return Authorization. If the exchanged or returned product is unopened with all original accessories, manuals, packaging, and/or shrink wrap, you will be responsible for return shipping.  If the product was sold with free shipping, shipping charges to deliver the item will be deducted from the refund amount.  A refund to your method of payment will be processed within one week of receiving an authorized return minus any applicable shipping charges.
Damaged/Defective Products
To make an exchange or return for a damaged/defective product, please contact us and obtain a Return Authorization. If the product is returned for being damaged/defective, we will provide a return shipping label for domestic shipping costs.  If we test and confirm the product is damaged/defective and receive the product along with all original accessories, manuals, and packing, we will provide a refund for the purchase price of the product, plus domestic shipping charges, if any, assessed at the time of purchase. International shipping charges, if any, will not be reimbursed.  A refund to your method of payment will be processed within one week of receiving an authorized return. If we test and confirm the product is in full working order, a refund will not be provided and you will be responsible for providing a return shipping label to have the product returned to you.
