Description
This is a instant kottu just like a instant noodles in sri lanka. Three flavours  include in package (1 packet per every flavour).
Ingredient
Wheat flour, Vegetable oil, Salt and each packet include curry mix sachet (Chicken flavour, Vegetable flavour, Hot & Spicy flavour)
Cooking Direction
Add kottu pieces to 2 ½ cups (500ml) of boiling water(kept on fire) and boil it for 6-8 minutes till the pieces are well cooked and become soft. Then drain it until a little amount of water remain.
Add crushed ginger,garlic, onion, rampe and curry leaves to the heated oil (20ml) and temper.Mix the chicken flavoured curry mix sachet given for tempering.
Now add boiled kottu pieces and further mix well. Serve hot.
