GUIDELINES FOR USE
Measure the length & negotiate the canal by #10 stainless steel K FILE
Negotiation by #15 stainless steel K files.
OPEN FILE to open the upper 1/3 part of orifice. Speed 300rpm , Torque 3.0N.cm
Irrigate, then build a glide path by PATH FILE #19 . Speed 350rpm , Torque 1.5N.cm
Use brushing motion with M3PG-1(white), M3PG-2(red), M3PG-3 (double red),M3PG-4(green) and short 1-2 mm amplitude strokes to prepare to working length, until it does not easily progress any more. Speed 350 rpm , Torque 2.0/1.5/1.5N
It is very important to irrigate and negotiate the root canals with suitable interval when near 1/3 of the apical to remove the debris. Repeat the above steps until prepare to the working length.
Tips:
◆Every time you change a file, please ensure to lubricate with enough EDTA frequently. (very
important!! )
◆How many times can be used?
◆Anterior teeth: 20 root canals
◆Posterior teeth: 15 root canals (or 5 posterior teeth)
◆Preparation of the sharp curved root canals does big damage to the instruments, we recom
mend one-time use

As we know, stainless steel instruments are rigid and therefore unsuited for large apical enlargement in thin curved canals. NiTi alloys
have superior properties in ductility, fatigue, recoverable strain, biocompatibility, and corrosion resistance. However, NiTi files present a
higher risk of unnoticed fracture inside canals, contrary to stainless steel files that often present visible signs of plastic deformation.
Easyinsmile Wire is a developed NiTi alloy, which ideally have excellent mechanical strength properties, and its flexibility is enough to avoid ca
nal transportation, meanwhile its hardness is large enough to allow for good cutting efficacy.
